Spherion of Lima, OH is looking for Maintenance Supervisor for a company in Lima, OH. Earn up to $38.00 an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Establish priorities with manufacturing leadership, communicate to machine repairmen and electricians to assign tasks accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve equipment downtime situations quickly and logically to determine the root problems.
- Establish a process to measure and improve machine availability for Dana’s top 10 critical machines.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Mechanical or electrical engineering degree with 3+ years of experience OR 7+ years of experience with no degree.
- Knowledge of machining and assembly processes
- Excellent leadership skills, customer service support skills and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn $31.00 - $38.00 an hour
- Temp-to-hire
- 1st shift
