QualificationsRequired Skills, Competencies, and Personal Attributes???Candidate must have experience and knowledge of including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment within safety guidelines???Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service???Ability to diagnose problems, test, and make adjustments.???To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty???Perform and direct staff to perform tasks related to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment and rolling stock???Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, etc.???Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing dutiesEducation and/or experience???Minimum 10 years related leadership experience and /or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.???High school diploma or GED required.???An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.???5 years??? experience in a supervisory role.
