Responsibilities:
- Implement maintenance procedures to ensure budgetary requirements are met
- Manage maintenance personnel by creating schedules and establishing prioritization of needs
- Maintain department budget, parts inventory, purchase orders, and invoice approvals
- Develop preventative maintenance plans to demonstrate an effort of maintenance and reliability initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturers, line integrators, and engineers to create spare parts list based on part criticality
- Maintain quality and safety standards
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical engineering concepts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to make decisions using problem-solving skills
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years in maintenance management role
- Experience with AM/PM and TPM programs
