Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Develop maintenance PM schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance
Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques and schedule
Locate sources or problems by observing and listening to mechanical devices in operation
Maintains equipment, part and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Installation of new production equipment and required infrastructure
Assist with general plant operation and general plant repairs as needed

Qualifications:
HS Diploma
3 years of proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
In depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot
Ability to read and understand written instructions and manuals
Ability to exert up to 100 lbs of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently and 20 pounds constantly
Will be scheduled to work between 5am and 5pm, the crew staggers their hours so some come in earlier and some stay later. Ultimately hours are determined by what is needed.
