Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot and finds permanent solutions to reoccurring equipment issues.
Maintains and performs lock out/tag out
Conducts monthly inspection of eye wash center, fire extinguisher, and housekeeping audits.
Will be required to place orders for machine parts and tools.
Maintains and repairs the facility's structure, equipment, grounds, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Electrical systems, including lighting, circuits, and equipment
Water supply, drains, pipes and appliances
Pneumatic air supply, including air compressor
Material handling equipment, such as lift trucks and racking
Office furniture and office partition systems
Performs other duties as assigned

Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to perform pipefitting work on water, gas and pneumatic systems
Ability to locate and install new plant equipment, including all electrical, pipe fitting, rigging, and millwright work
Ability to use power tools and hand tools to perform mechanical installations
Ability to wear required safety equipment
Ability to troubleshoot equipment using diagrams and blueprints and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical systems
Ability to work independently on projects
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
Some college and/or technical training
1+ years' experience within Maintenance or working on line machines
Ability to work efficiently with other employees within the organization
Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
