Responsibilities:
- Performing water maintenance/cleaning route (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Keeping daily customer maintenance and repair appointments on time and completing projects in a timely manner
- Time management skills to return customer calls, and communicate and coordinate with both customers, vendors, and office manager
- Use scheduling software and CRM to make notes, upload photos and communicate parts needed/ordered or current status
- Maintain inventory in warehouse and order appropriate inventory to maintain back stock and
- Maintain inventory in work trucks by monitoring, and keeping sufficient stock at all times between trucks and warehouse
- Working with Manufacturers/tech support to troubleshoot issues on hot tubs
- Troubleshooting hot tub issues thoroughly to identify issues and diagnose a resolution
- Properly diagnosing issues with hot tubs, swim spas and saunas
- Identifying hot tub issues and diagnosing the accurate repair to resolve it (pumps, heaters,control boards, topside controllers, speakers, jets, plumbing, electrical, circulation pumps, lighting, etc.)
- Ordering parts as needed for specific jobs at the best price
- Tracking and receiving parts ordered properly
- Stock and storing all parts properly while keeping an accurate count
- Repairing hot tubs successfully while maintaining profitability in an urgent manner
- Removing and reinstalling hot tub covers, cover lifters, cabinets, and fixing damages to hot tubs and equipment
- Maintaining and servicing company vehicle

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Ability to travel between job sites (Valid Driver's License)
- Ability to use technology for scheduling, tracking services, ordering parts, and billing
- Reliable transportation to Raleigh or Durham Branch
- Availability to work 40 hours a week plus overtime as needed
- CPO certified or knowledgeable to test and maintain water
- Basic understanding and knowledge of tools
- Basic understanding of water chemistry and how to clean/maintain hot water
- Basic knowledge and understanding of plumbing parts and ability to identify leaks and plumbing related issues on hot tubs
- Basic knowledge of electrical and ability to disconnect and reconnect hot tubs as well as rewire speakers, control boards, control panels, pumps, heaters, etc.
- Ability to get into small spaces and lift 50lbs.
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Forklift and warehouse experience is a plus

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Electrical experience and understanding of voltage meters, ground wiring, and breakers
- Maintenance or mechanical experience
- Knowledge of water chemistry
- Plumbing knowledge
