Responsibilities:

Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery as well as office equipment if needed
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues as required
Repair, dismantle, replace, and reassemble machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
Data Entry for equipment maintenance records
Read gauges and charts and record data obtained
Remove products, machine attachments, and waste material from machines
Examine equipment to verify conformance to quality standards
Observe Equipment for malfunction
Assure work practices are within the guidelines of OSHA standards.
Follow all safety standards as outlined by policy and procedures
Comply with organizational and departmental policies
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment is preferred but not required

High School

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to solve technical issues
Ability to productively use hand tools
Understanding of maintenance tools and uses
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Must have shown ability to work unsupervised
Detail and process oriented and organized
Understanding of a manufacturing facility required
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen
