Spherion is recruiting a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative for a fast growing firearms manufacturer in Bryan/College Station.
As a manufacturing customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships as a primary point of contact. This position is in a manufacturing environment and proven customer service experience is required.
Presenting, selling, and promoting company products/services with the use of solid arguments to existing and potential clients
Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential/existing customers to actualize their needs
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive customer and business relationships
Resolving customer complaints and problems to ensure maximum satisfaction
Achieving sales targets and results within the schedule
Communicate to customers status of order and follow up with manufacturing and compliance team
Analyzing market potential in territories, tracking sales, and providing reports
Keeping up with the best practices and promotional trends
Continuously making improvements by providing feedback
Conduct sales transactions
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Prior experience working with a firearms manufacturer
1-4 years proven manufacturing customer service representative
