Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality problems and execute appropriate solutions using the 8D methodology
- Identify and reduce quality defects through error proofing and product testing
- Support continuous process improvement by performing internal audits, managing process metrics, and maintaining time schedules in accordance with project management guidelines
- Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomic, cost, quality, and delivery goals through the development of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Provide support in creating and maintaining PFMEA's and Control Plans
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Experience with AIAG engineering documentation and practices with knowledge of industry tooling and manufacturing processes
- Effective in the organization and presentation of technical data among multiple audiences to include customers, internal representatives, suppliers, etc.
