Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Perform routine machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as needed to meet production requirements.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment according to schedules and maintenance procedures.
Maintain accurate production records, including production counts, downtime, and quality control data.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials and products within the facility.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
2+ years of experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and procedures.
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
