We're looking for a Motivated Market Development Manager to join a dynamic and fast growing company!
Responsibilities:
This role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Complete all necessary training courses, classes and 1 year of Sandler Continuous Training

Travel up to 75% of the job throughout 3 counties
Conduct prospective cold calling, marketing campaigns, one-to-one meetings, and client visits.
Set and execute new and existing client appointments
Identify key decision makers, their pains and budgetary requirements
Conduct and attend local networking and marketing events to generate additional leads & referrals
Develop and present solutions based proposals of services to potential clients
Exceed weekly and monthly quotas and new account goals
Collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop customized solutions
Responsible for 3-5 Direct Reports
Establish Sales plan and team performance goals for the year
Responsible for prospect and target list/Sales Pipeline management for new and existing business
Responsible for individual Performance management and team results
Maintain written documentation of sales activities to facilitate appropriate reporting
Facilitate sales and service collaboration to ensure desired business goals
Execute client visits/meetings to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and marketing objectives are being met. Identify gaps in service
Attendance is a critical function
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:

**Sandler Sales training knowledge and/or experience is a plus, but not required to already have

Ability to perform root cause analysis to lead continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently
Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction
Ability to present, persuade and negotiate
Ability to follow-up and follow-through on all expectations
Proficient with Computers, Internet Research and in Software Programs such as: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Salesforce (a plus), People Soft applications (a plus)
Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
Communication, written and verbal
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years' professional experience with Business to Business sales
Knowledge in the Sandler Sales System is a plus (not required)
Valid Driver's License
