Unload bulk raw materials from truck, Isotainer, or rail into correct storage tanks
Unload packaged raw materials and store in appropriate location
Verify all required paperwork is in hand for all deliveries in accordance with company policies and procedures
Enter receipts into SAP accurately
Ensure packaged material entering the warehouse is properly labeled for transfer to Merchants
Load transfer trailers with finished packaged material; complete and convey paperwork of loaded trailers to security guard on duty
Locate and stage appropriate trailers at dock or unloading rack using yard switcher
Locate and stage railcars for unloading or unloading using Railcar mover
Maintain housekeeping to keep work area and equipment clean
Complete shift reports to ensure adequate communication
Communicate issues or concerns about equipment, operations, or overall plant conditions using trouble shooting and hazard spotting
Maintain G6 pad and waste areas in and around utility warehouse
Perform cycle counts
Active participant in plant BBS and other established plant safety programs
Support plant management in accomplishing departmental, plant, and company goals

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
SAP and experience preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment handling and or transferring bulk liquids
Must be able to demonstrate safe operation of forklift and golf cart
Must be able to complete training and then successfully operate Yard switcher and Railcar mover
Must have demonstrated ability to learn and follow policies and procedures
Must be able demonstrate an ability to self-manage and work independently
Must be able to understand and have demonstrated success in time management in meeting daily plan or schedule
Must be able to learn and successfully perform all required SAP transactions for the position
Must be able to work a 24-7 rotating shift schedule and be available for OT as needed for training, meetings, and plant coverage
Must be able to meet all physical requirements for position that include but not limited to: walk, bend, reach, climb, work overhead, lift or carry up to 50lb
