As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials within the facility. The ideal candidate should possess at least 6 months of forklift operation experience, have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Your ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently will contribute to the smooth operations of the plant.

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The base pay rate is $17.25 per hour and there is a $0.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities:
-Operate forklifts and other machinery to transport materials within the plant premises, ensuring their safe and timely movement.
-Load, unload, and stack materials in designated storage areas, following established guidelines and safety protocols.
-Perform routine inspections of equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor for timely repairs.
-Ensure accurate recording of materials received, moved, and stored by maintaining proper documentation and utilizing inventory management systems.

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Skills:
-Strong attention to detail to accurately track inventory movements and maintain records.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Forklift Operator, with a track record of safe and efficient operation.
-Physical capability to stand, lift, and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
-Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established protocols.
