- Assemble work order kits and issue materials to work orders using our ERP system
- Communicate part shortage issues and shipment tracking information to colleagues via e-mail as needed
- Pick, pack, and ship service spare part kits with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Prepare shipments for return to suppliers
- Prepare items and documents for outbound shipment
- Special delivery or pick-up of items as required, using a company-owned box truck
- Adhere to safety, health, and quality requirements applicable to our client's business
- Cycle count inventory locations in the shipping area
- Ship consumable sales order directly to the customer sites
- Assemble crates, boxes, and pallets to complete shipments
- Support other shipping areas if required
- Ship expedited service spare part orders
- Utilize knowledge of UPS/FedEx processing systems
- Adhere to ISO-controlled SOPs
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and safe driving record
- 3 years of shipping and stockroom control experience using a computerized inventory system
- Experience with ERP inventory management systems, SAP, Oracle, AX
- Inventory control, work order kitting, and cycle counting knowledge
- Familiarity with crating or hand tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically active position with frequent climbing of ladders, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
- Fork Lift and pallet jack operation training /certification preferred
- International shipment preparation and tracking knowledge desired
- Experience with safety and quality system requirements (OSHA, FDA, ISO) is a plus
