Responsibilities:
1. Comply with Standards of Conduct as described in the Companies Handbook, Section 3.

2. Report accidents/damage to company property, yourself or others, to supervisor as soon as possible.
3. File necessary accident/damage reports.
4. Complete all assigned paperwork and routine sheets as scheduled by supervisor.
5. Complete tasks assigned by supervisor in an efficient, timely manner, while responsibly housekeeping shop and plant areas where you work.
6. Check Company vehicles for safety and service requirements. Maintain vehicles as scheduled or required
. Inspect shop tools for operating condition and safeness. Repair as required.
8. Conduct periodic inventory of all shop supplies and fill reorder forms timely to insure adequate supply.
9. Provide training and advice on equipment and other plant concerns.
10. Fabricate, repair, and maintain plant equipment as needed.
11. Serve as troubleshooter and advisor for plant operation deficiencies.
12. Provide developmental support for new projects.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Able to trouble shoot, maintain and repair equipment, machinery and everything used in production of the product.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Physically demanding position. Physically fit is a plus.
Mechanic skills
Millwright expertise preferred.
