Assemble disposable medical devices in a Controlled Environment Area (CEA) while seated or standing for extended periods.
Adhere to current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during the assembly process.
Perform pass/fail testing to ensure the assembled devices meet quality standards.
Package and label disposable devices in preparation for sterilization and shipment.
Accurately complete Device History Record (DHR) documentation for each batch of disposable devices assembled.
Marginal Functions:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with CEA protocols.
Assist in the training of new staff as needed.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma would be a plus
2+ years of experience in medical device assembly, preferably within a CEA environment.
Familiarity with the use of adhesives and small part assembly is highly beneficial.
Experience working with magnifying tools or microscopes for detailed assembly work is desirable.

Detail-oriented with the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.
Capable of following complex instructions and executing tasks with precision.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
Ability to remain seated or stand for the full shift.
Must be able to use a magnifying glass or microscope to assist in assembly when necessary.
