As our Member Services Specialist, you will help our members complete various financial transactions, help solve problems, and develop solutions so they can reach their goals no matter how big or small. Every day, you will greet members and be trusted to complete an array of services, like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance and inquiries, and more. You'll be our front-line link to our membership; you'll care for them and build their knowledge about their accounts, the credit union, and what we can offer to make them successful!

Responsibilities:
-Review loan requests and ensure compliance with lending policy and regulations
-Create and complete a variety of internal reports and special projects
-Maintain and process payments to include outside financial institutions
-File proper reports for outside entities (HMDA, Colson reporting, etc.)
-Meet or exceed all performance goals as outlined for the position
-Provide courteous, accurate, and efficient assistance to customers using all digital channels
-Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered
-Verbalize and demonstrate knowledge of procedures for maintaining security, confidentiality, and integrity of employee and customer information
-Work flexible hours to support the department needs to include evenings and weekends, if necessary
-Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible
