Performing machine set-ups, mold start-ups, and/or mold troubleshooting as required,troubleshooting product-related problems, and adjusting equipment as required to maintainquality standards. ??? Maintaining all mold, tooling and equipment (wiping mold, cleaning parting line, and cavities)and greasing, as required.??? Ensuring that an adequate supply of material and proper work instructions are on hand.??? Ensuring the quality of production coming off machines matches the specifications,monitoring Operator defect counts and tracking sheets, and confirming proper labeling andpackaging.??? Working with Operators, Material Handlers, QC Inspectors, and others on assigned machines.??? Performing minor machine and equipment maintenance as required.??? Checking dryers for proper temperature setting and proper working order.??? Improving knowledge of plastic process and process equipment, including tooling, whereneeded.??? Ensuring production counts are accurate and recorded correctly, and production reports arefilled out correctly and submitted at the end of every shift.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED and Technical Education.??? Five plus years of Mold Setter and plastic injection molding experience.??? Knowledgeable use of the computer and various software proficiently (MS Office, IQMS, etc).??? Must have forklift experience
