*Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire facility and is responsible for the food safety and quality the products. *Disposing of boxes in compactor, emptying/picking-up trash throughout facility and outside around the plant.*Sweeping/mopping/squeegeeing floors where and when needed.*Wiping condensation where and when needed.*Handling disposal of inedible product on the property.*Cleaning break rooms (sanitize tables, chairs, counter top, and microwaves, etc.)*Restocking production supplies (hairnets, aprons, sleeves, gloves, etc.), restocks restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.)*Reporting any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (such as leaky faucets or toilets, etc.)*Giving written reports of unsafe conditions or unsafe acts to management*Assisting Client in achieving these goals by participating in the safety program*Performing other tasks as assigned or on Master Sanitation Schedule.
