Responsibilities:
Files customer order documents and job packets.
Answers customer emails and phone calls providing information on company services and status of orders.
Develops & maintains positive relationships with customers. Answers customer emails and phone calls providing information on company services and status of orders.
Obtains status of jobs from production personnel and effectively communicates to customers as needed.
Prepares UPS, FedEx or freight carrier documents for shipment.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
