Spherion Staffing is looking for a fulltime Administrative Assistant to work with a local Fargo client. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and sort mail. Other duties will include assisting office manager and executives with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.This position requires a person who is able to take control of their work without reservations. You must be willing to work with changes that may occur and deal with the highs and lows that the construction world produces. Being able to take and follow orders from your superior is crucial. Paying attention to details is also a must for this position.
