Spherion is looking for candidates with experience in commercial interiors industry for a Project Coordinator role. This position is responsible for providing sales support for multiple clients, as well as large/complex and in-bound Network projects. Coordinate and manage client orders and projects, and Network requests, beginning with proposals/quotes through the project installation. You will successfully manage projects to continuously deliver upon agreed expectations, including managing quoted services, resources and minimizing errors.
Pay $20-24/hour DOE
-Accurately create quotes and orders for client requests and in-bound Network projects, for standard and non-standard products
-Coordinate and manage client orders. Communicate ongoing status, progress and issues to project team or originating dealer, as applicable
-Utilize Order System to monitor and manage orders
-Identify and resolve discrepancies in vendor orders to ensure accurate and timely receipt of client product
-Monitor orders and shipping dates to meet project requirements. Establish and coordinate delivery phasing of product to meet project and installation timelines
-Participate in project meetings as required based on size, scope, and complexity. Act as a resource to the sales and operations teams, to monitor, inform and document all project information and requirements, to ensure successful project results
-Compile installation packages, including installation worksheets, install drawings from Design, and other project requirements to support and inform the Installation Team on site
-Document and track down-payments, progress payments and balances for larger projects with multiple invoices and delivery and installation phases, to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely payments from clients and for network projects
-Assist Sales Team with bid and request for proposal responses, close-outs, and submittals. Continually develop key product knowledge as needed to assist in this process
-Act as a resource for corporate initiatives
-Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-2+ years??? experience in commercial interiors industry or related field
-Experience with project management applications and methodologies
-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
-Project Management Certification
