Responsibilities:
Enhance Patient Care and Clinic Growth: Promote a high standard of patient care and support clinic stability through effective teamwork.
Staff Supervision: Oversee the performance of staff, including Clinical Assistants and Interns.
Office Management: Organize office operations and procedures, manage correspondence, design efficient systems, and monitor administrative functions.
Human Resources Support: Assist in recruitment and evaluation of staff, maintain office policies and employee manuals, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Employee Benefits Management: Oversee employee benefits including health insurance, life insurance, disability plans, and IRA accounts.
Financial Oversight: Manage office bookkeeping tasks, including payroll preparation, vacation schedule monitoring, bonus program oversight, accounts payable, and sales tax.
Patient Account Management: Oversee all patient accounts, review cases requiring special care, and address financial concerns and arrangements.
Billing and Insurance Coordination: Manage medical billing, including Medicare and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims, and maintain knowledge of relevant insurance and medical codes.
Data Management: Maintain office statistics (Vital Signs), analyze reports, and summarize key information for the Clinic Director.
System Management: Ensure the office operating system (Platinum) is maintained and updated.
Supply Management: Monitor office expenses and procure necessary office and medical supplies.
Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary contact for external vendors, including professional and technical service providers.
Reporting: Provide weekly summaries of office activities to the Clinic Director.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience in office management or a related field.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical billing and coding practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software and management systems.
