Responsibilities:
The Business Office Manager is responsible for general office needs and financial-related activity under the direction of the Senior Business Manager. They will oversee the coordination of a wide variety of financial and administrative functions to support the organization and assist the Senior Business Manager in supervising, training, and supporting other business office team members.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of business office procedures and office equipment.
- Excellent grammar, editing and writing skills including the ability to prepare and deliver effective reports, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform, as well as supervise, the implementation of complex accounting tasks quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to identify the need for and maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional administrative, managerial, and communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with both the private and public sectors.
- Ability to read and correctly interpret laws, rules, and regulations of considerable complexity and maintain organizational compliance with said regulations.
- Working general knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles and practices.
- General knowledge of payroll processing.
- The ability to create and maintain accurate, detailed financial records.
- Ability to develop and implement administrative procedures and to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting agency policies, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to identify operating problem areas and to implement effective remedial action.
- Other assigned duties as required.
