We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Receptionist with a unique blend of skills in billing and payroll management. Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage calls, schedule appointments, and address queries.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and document management.
- Oversee patient flow and maintain records, following HIPAA guidelines.
- Prepare reports for referral sources and monitor staff documentation compliance.
Billing and Payroll Management:
- Process insurance claims, verify coverage, and manage billing.
- Work closely with providers for accurate billing and resolve discrepancies.
- Collect and process timesheets, calculate hours, and maintain payroll records.
- Stay informed about insurance and payroll regulations.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining supplies.
- Coordinate communication and facilitate smooth office operations.
- Manage scheduling and appointment reminders.
Working hours:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Proven experience in reception, billing, and payroll tasks.
- Proficient in payroll systems, Excel, and QuickBooks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Office Administration or Related Field
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
