The Front Office Assistant will provide direct customer service; take inbound calls, be proficient in administrative support to the internal team. The Front Office Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative duties including keyboarding, data entry, filing, document preparation, and special projects. As the first impression of the company, the Front Office Assistant must contribute a perception of professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, accuracy, and dependability.
