Responsibilities:
1. Reports to president/CEO
2. In charge of office staff
3. Understanding all office and operational functions
4. Establishes hi-level understanding of client needs and sees future client opportunities - Works closely and collaborates with CEO
5. Experience in existing client development with company systems
6. Oversees and contributes to client development research
7. Develops operational knowledge of technology systems - As needed may work or collaborate with technology contractors
8. Prepare proposals and miscellaneous documents
Training for the testing process will be done at the office. The Operations Manager must become an expert in this procedure to be able to train others either onsite or at remote testing locations.

6. Competent in Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, PowerPoint and Browser research
7. Competent in computer applications
8. Experience in Networks and IT
9. Bi-Lingual English and Spanish is ideal
