Provides assistance to General Manager on achieving annual revenue, profit and staffing plans.Responsible for successfully planning, controlling, and managing product and service deliveries to ensure that customer needs are met. Hires and maintains a productive staff. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities under the direction of General Manager/Region Manager. Maintains a high level of organization, tracking unresolved issues including customer complaints, and bring them to resolution. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the business ensuring operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Promotes adherence to ISO Quality and Environmental Management policies and procedures. Recommends improvements to the systems. Perform analytical functions assessing situations quickly to determine the most beneficial resolution to opportunities while maintaining focus and deliver results within agreed upon time frames. Ensures employees are properly trained and prepare them for promotability.
