Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring timely and quality completion of custom trailer builds.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of production leads, workers, and administrative staff, fostering effective communication and high engagement.
Optimize workflows and production processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness while upholding safety and quality standards.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation, ensuring P&L targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business growth strategies.
Maintain inventory practices and ensure timely availability of materials and resources by coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams.
Conduct regular safety meetings and equipment inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
Address customer concerns efficiently, developing solutions that minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Education:
High School
