-Safety First: Always wear a bump cap while on the line and comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

-Quality Control: Visually inspect products for quality before and after packaging, ensuring only the best products move forward.

-Communication: Effectively communicate with your team, supervisors, and employees from other departments to ensure seamless operations.

-Initiative: Take charge of your learning process, ask questions, and take notes to master your role. Your proactive approach will be key to your success.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
-Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift).

-Dexterity and Coordination: Good hand/eye coordination for repetitive tasks, and ability to work in various physical positions, including climbing stairs and ladders.

-Environmental Adaptability: Work in varying temperatures, weather conditions, and around moving mechanical parts.

Qualifications:
-Education: Preferably a high school graduate or G.E.D.

-Skills: Basic math and reading skills, ability to work with computer programs on machines, and mechanical skills.
