- Meet metric standards
- Perform accurate data entry
- Follow customer service scripts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to type 30+ words/minute
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Good attention to detail including accurate data entry skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal communication skills
