Responsibilities:
This is a vital, hands-on role at the heart of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their online orders quickly and accurately, and that new merchandise is processed efficiently for our local stores.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping (Primary Focus)
Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and process online customer orders, including boots, apparel, and accessories.
Verify items against order sheets to ensure 100% accuracy.
Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and coordinating with various shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Maintain an organized inventory of shipping supplies and ensure the shipping area is clean and safe.
Receiving & Distribution
Receive incoming shipments of new merchandise from vendors.
Unload trucks and visually inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report issues immediately.
Sort, count, and prepare new inventory (primarily Western wear and boots) for distribution to our local retail stores.
Assist with cycle counting and general inventory organization as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Experience with RF Scanners or Barcode Readers.
Education:
High School
Experience:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred (but not required???we will train the right candidate).
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Basic computer skills for operating shipping software and inventory systems.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
