Responsibilities:
Schedule, set up and Submit work for production IT jobs and balance work against control totals.
Consult with software and hardware vendors to solve problems impeding production processing and operation.
Complete requests from bank personal and programming staff directly related to the production environment.
Control and monitor the operation of different Information Technology systems used.
Observes the operation of servers and applications to detect error or failure in progress.
Help maintain the network operating environment by monitoring nodes through solar winds and responding to system errors and warning conditions.
Maintain operating logs and document all hardware, software failures for on premise and vendor based services.
Navigate within the IBM I Operating System via 5250 terminal emulation.
Respond to all visual and audible alarms.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High School diploma or GED required.
-Experience in a similar role is preferred.
-Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows Operating System.
