A Clare County automotive component manufacturer is seeking a Machine Operator for a 3rd shift! This is a full-time opportunity with overtime available depending on the production schedule. Hours are 9:00pm - 7:00am Monday-Thursday (Fridays, if worked, will be overtime). Responsibilities:
Employee will be trained in different areas. Some positions are repetitive. Repetitive tasks, assembling parts, loading/unloading parts from oven, putting parts on robotic welder and starting operation. Employee will need to follow verbal and written directives to ensure parts are processed accordingly as well as doing regular part checks for quality.
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal or written directives and to maintain a consistent process.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to remain on feet for 10-hour shifts (excluding breaks and lunch time) with occasional bending, stooping, twisting, lifting and carrying up to 40Lbs, and repetitive hand motions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation.
