This position trains on 1st shift (7:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Thursday, $14/hr) before going to 3rd shift (8:30PM-7:00AM Sunday night -Thursday morning , $14.60/hr) with 8 hours of overtime becoming available on Fridays as needed based on the production schedule. Responsibilities:
- Employee may be performing a number of repetitive tasks, assembling parts, loading/unloading parts from oven, putting parts on robotic welder and starting operation.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret paperwork and work orders to understand necessary directives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors as well as co-workers.
- Team oriented.
- Safety-conscious.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must comply with Spherion's Drug Free Workplace Policy and disclose relevant criminal history at the time of hire.
- Must be able to complete training on a 1st shift before going to a 3rd shift.
