Assists and provides a wide range of legal support, research, and administration to attorneys.

Prepares documents, agreements, and pleadings related to litigation and non-litigation matters.
Resolves routine legal questions under the direction of an attorney. Follows established procedures.
Requires excellent organizational and research skills.
May draft minutes of corporate meetings for review and evaluation.
Maintain a file system for legal documents and may act as legal librarians, ensuring reference materials are current.
Preserves integrity and confidentiality of information.
Must exercise initiative and judgment with knowledge of company practices, policies, and the corporate organization.
Requires organizational skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive internal and external working relationships.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Paralegal or legal assistant certification required
This role will be offered as a full time or part time opportunity based on the successful candidate's needs.
Thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices, research techniques, terminology, and local/state/federal regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, SharePoint, and electronic and hard copy record keeping systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
