The Parts Inventory Clerk or Inventory Coordinator is responsible for incoming parts and delivery to appropriate destinations. Responsibilities include distributing parts to proper areas and maintaining inventory, security, and integrity of the parts department.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Inventory Clerk or Inventory Coordinator
Distribute parts when they are issued.
Maintain the integrity of the parts room and related secured areas; keep the parts room clean and organized.
Assist in cycle counts.
Assist technicians and others in finding the parts they need.
Kitting parts in totes.
Update parts with detailed information in the system.
Maintains inventory levels; notifies Parts Coordinator of parts falling below the minimum?level for stock replenishment.
Duties and tasks are varied but standardized.
Works on semi-routine assignments where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
Has learned the basic skills and routine tasks necessary. Beginning to learn advanced skills and understanding the total process flow.
Perform inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize order picking equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to fulfill orders
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to maintain proper stock levels and organize inventory.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Forklift equipment operation experience for at least 6 months

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Inventory Experience: One year of related experience working in a similar role and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Forklift Experience: Minimum of six months of forklift experience.
Computer Skills: Must have basic knowledge of various computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. High keyboarding/computer work frequency is required (75% of the workday).
Valid driver license, clean driving record and background check are required.
