Provide exceptional customer service support to internal and external customers regarding payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.Bi-weekly payroll processing and administration utilizing HRIS software. Export electronic time keeping; review information for completeness and accuracy, contact various supervisors for missing items.??Ensure PTO requests aresubmitted and approved before payroll processing for accuracy.Plan, coordinate and guide new hires through the onboarding process to promote employee engagement and positive attitudes towards company goals. Process new hire tickets with help desk, order nameplates, badge, business cards as needed. Ensure all Onboarding documents are complete and accurate.Create and maintain employee personnel files ensuring that legal compliance and accuracy standards are met.Responsible for timely and accurate maintenance of HRIS records to ensure accurate and up-to-date census data and create/compile reports from the database as needed. Create and conduct employee and manager training of HRIS system to best maximize the tools in place.Manage and administer all employee benefits: enrollments; COBRA; terminations; changes/qualifying events; beneficiaries; and other related processing functions, health/life/disability/vision/dental insurance, supplementalinsurance, wellness program, and 401(k).?? Run reports as needed, work with benefits broker and HRIS during the renewal process, conduct monthly audits of all carrier invoices.Conduct internal and external audits such as I-9, 401k, benefits, payroll, workers compensation, etc.File annual EE0-1 report, process unemployment claims, complete employment and pay verifications.Review and approve all employee wellness submissions.Ensure policy compliance on benefits, compensation and employment law issues.Create, update and maintain employment rosters, years of service / look-back log, employee tracking spreadsheets, and other forms as needed.Review, edit as needed, approve and submit to accounting, all monthly billings for payment.Provide general administrative support to VPHR, receiving incoming calls, greet visitors in HR office, daily mail, process outgoing packages (FedEx or UPS), process office supply orders, monthly employee birthday cards, and other functions as assigned.Back up support to Recruiting and Development Specialist with scheduling interviews, pre-employment testing, coordinating interview process with candidates and managers as needed.
