Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for taking calls from employees that reach out to the Help desk for computer issues and network printer issues, etc. They will troubleshoot any issue they can and will create tickets for the issues they are unable to resolve.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Must have good communication and follow up skills.
-Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
-Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must be able to install, configure, and troubleshoot windows 7 and 10
- Must be familiar with and able to troubleshoot MS Office 10 and 16
- Must be familiar with networking
- Able to troubleshoot network printer
- Must be able to add and remove peripheral devices
