-Monday thru Friday from 5am to 5pm (or) 8 - 10 or 12-hours on 1st shift only
(Due to production demands, additional overtime may be available)
-30-minute unpaid lunch / 2-10 minute paid breaks prior to lunch and a 20-minute "paid break" after lunch!
-A background check is required

Responsibilities:
The Injection Molding Line Operator is a multi-task position that requires a clear focused approach to ensure that high quality and efficient processing of the Thread Coat applications meet conformance to job specifications. You will maintain the overall operation of the machines (but will not repair or perform functions that will require point of operational maintenance) to process the products per order standards. You will verify conformance to those order standards while performing constant in-process inspections that include: SPC and signs, quality control and job cards. You will perform in-process testing during processing as required. You will initiate action items to prevent the occurrences of any non-conformities related to the products, the processes and quality systems. You will identify and record issues related to the products and quality systems. You will continue to process non-conforming products until the deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected. You are required to perform housekeeping tasks as assigned while maintaining a clean and safe working environment to ensure all safety policies are met and followed accordingly. When processing has been completed, you will find a material handler to deliver the completed products to the shipping department or the next operation if needed. It?s imperative that you constantly and effectively communicate relevant information to the Area Manager, Group Leader and or other team members.
