Individuals will review title commitments, policies and other related documents;
Successful individuals will accurately enter required information into computer databases;
Representatives will assess premiums and fees associated with each file.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Process commitments and policies.
Enters data into identified databases from documents received
Verify the accuracy of necessary information, fees and premiums for the specific type of item
Audit the data processed to ensure it is correct
Run reports as necessary
Assess premiums and fees
Identify and document any issues
Provide exceptional customer service
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Ability to work in a team environment and to follow workflow procedures
Minimum Educational Requirements: High school diploma
Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to managing multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
Excellent customer service skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Experience using Microsoft Word
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
