Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Include:

Prepare parts for coating process
Confirm all parts are tagged with the customers? job number and keep racks tagged as they move through the process
Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application
Operate coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems
Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects and ensure quality
Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections
Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations
Ensure all components are coated efficiently, and are consistent with company guidelines for quality
Load and unload parts or product onto fixtures as necessary
Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the business.

Knowledge of resin coatings, wash and pretreatments
Knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

1+ years experience in powder coating or related field
Mandatory use of safety equipment (goggles, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, etc.)
Ability to work in fast paced / physically demanding environment
Willing to submit to background screening and drug screening


3 OR 4 DAY SHIFT TIMES:

Tue-Fri 4 Day Shifts:

1st Shift Hours | 5:00am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift Hours | 3:30pm-2:00am

OR

Sat-Mon 3 Day Shifts:

1st Shift Hours | 6:00am-6:30pm

(Work 36 hours, Paid for 40!!)
