The hours are from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday, and some OT on Fridays as needed.

Starting pay is $18.00/hr. This is a temp to hire position. What that means, is that in approximately 3 months or 90 days, you will be hired on full time with this company. At that time, you will be offered a full benefits package, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401K and more.

Responsibilities:
The general duties for the powder coater are:
o Powder coat daily and weekly priority lists while maintaining up to date production lists
o Final preparation of powder coat parts
o Cleaning with solution
o Removing tape
o Protecting threads
o Stripping coating off rework parts
o Deburring as needed
o Take to parts to proper staging area
? Maintain and clean powder coating equipment including racking, paint booth, all spray gun parts, and accessories
? Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning/maintenance
? Always wear proper PPE
? Work as a team to complete all production goals
? Be able to communicate effectively in a team environment
? Maintain an efficient and high level of productivity

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
o Previous Powder Coating experience great, but not neccessary

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
o Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout a 10hr shift
o Have the ability to stand throughout an entire 10hr shift
o Have the ability to be in a hot environment (extra breaks are included)
o Have the ability to walk and move parts back and forth tables
o Work overtime as needed
o Great Attendance
o Good Work Ethic
o Team Player
