Spherion is seeking a Print and Mail Production Lead to start as soon as possible for our long-time, State of Wisconsin, client. The Production Lead will perform essential oversight duties for the 2nd shift Operations team.

Responsibilities:

- Operate high-speed digital and ink-jet printers
- Manage print queues and perform operator functions
- Read and understand print job requirements and complete jobs per customer specifications
- Routine preventative maintenance of equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with jobs and/or equipment.
- Collaborate with teammates to determine print production priorities
- Perform quality checks of printed material
- Oversee all printing operations, including pre-press, press, and post-press activities
- Supervise and train printing personnel
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree required
- Good math and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic
- Experience in production or operations is highly desired
