Prepares correspondence to constituents as needed.
Answer phones and emails.
Assist with providing follow- up information.
Process specific donations along with demographic changes.
Maintain specific records and demographics as directed.
Works with other departments to improve processing of gifts and to identify potential endowed donors.
Provide on-site event support for various meetings.
Participate in internal event and task committees.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Business courses at high school or college level.
One year in accounts receivable or cash receipts recognition.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school graduation or any equivalent combination of training in business courses with specific training in the use of Microsoft Office, personal computers and allied software.
One year clerical experience
Strong attention to detail skills.
Keyboarding, word-processing, spreadsheet, and communication skills.
Must be willing to work as team player with customer satisfaction as a priority.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to make sound and reasonable judgments.
Willingness to work overtime during peak periods of the year.
