Primary job task is to remove, count and package product from production line to ship our best product to our customer, ie. gloves, aprons, bibs, boots, tablecovers, table skirts, etc. Maintain a safe and neat work environment, and any other duties as assigned by supervisor.1 months days; 6AM-6PM and then 1 month nights 6PM-6AMResponsibilities:Pulls and packages converted product (i.e., gloves, aprons, etc.) in accordance with Company procedures and Customer specifications.Checks converted product for product quality and required specifications.Packaging and marking proper products, identifying proper equipment such as packaging and film.Makes minor mechanical adjustments and film laydown on converting equipment to assure quality production.Operates glove machines, apron sheeters, apron press or bag machine in producing converted product with normal supervision.Cleans equipment and assigned area as tasked.Assures a safe working environment for self and crew membersFills out necessary production reports as tasked.Assists in training new personnel in the absences of lead machine operatorsLearn to operate and maintain all machines.
