Spherion has partnered with a premiere electronic manufacturer in St. Peter, MN to fill their 2nd shift production associate roles; this includes soldering, general assembly and operating positions -- in their newly expanded facility! Assemble, inspect & prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation & drawings
Trim & form leaded parts
Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV per related documentation and drawings
Properly fill out production documentation
Communicate with cell captains on parts shortages & problems
Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required
Rotate to different work stations & different cells as needed
Working hours: 3:45 PM - 12:15 PM
IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required
High school education or equivalent
Ability to read & understand assembly documentation
Verbal & written communication skills
Works well in team environment.
