Responsibilities:
-Ensure daily production needs are produced per the production schedule and within the determined scheduled hours
-Monitor and report any production issues immediately to the production supervisors
-Ensure machines are in proper working order from production startup to shut down, call maintenance if equipment requires repair
-Assist with Housekeeping, Product Changeover and Sanitation duties
-Understanding and execution of food safety and HACCP practices and protocols
-Load and unload Semi Trailers as needed

Experience:

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required
-1 year of experience in manufacturing (factory setting) environment preferred
-1 year of experience in a food manufacturing (factory setting) environment preferred
-Ability to communicate read and write in English
-Ability to lift 30 lbs
-Must be able to stand on concrete floors for up to 12 hours
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line
-Knowledge of agricultural crops helpful
-Knowledge of grain cleaning equipment helpful
-Mechanical knowledge helpful
