Minimum Requirements:
- Obtained High School Diploma/GED
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Mechanical aptitude and good problem solving skills
What does a Production Team Member Do?:
- Take completed product off from the end of the production line.
- Assist in starting up production equipment and ensure proper compound mixtures.
- Complete quality checks as required by customer standards.
- Work as a team to surpass target production rates in a fast paced environment.
