• Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift. Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Located in Neenah, WI

Responsibilities:

• Operate a rack and saw safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in production and designated areas
• Use and interpret measurements from a tape measure and caliper
• Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements
• Package finished goods according to customer specifications
• Complete daily production reports accurately
• Read engineering sheets and provide suggestions for improvements
• Adhere to all plant safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Skills:

• Good analytical skills for effective problem-solving
• Detail-oriented and proficient with numbers to ensure high-quality

Qualifications:

• Effective communicator with cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Well-organized with sound judgment in decision-making
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Capable of working 10-12 hour shifts as required
